Predsjednik Europske komisije Jose Manuel Barroso predložio je u razgovoru za nedjeljno izdanje dnevnika Le Parisien da se u europsko pravo unese "individualna kaznena odgovornost za financijaše" koja bi omogućila "kaznenu odgovornost" prijestupnika.
U četvrtak ću predložiti da se individualna kaznena odgovornost za financijaše napokon prizna u europskome pravu, objasnio je Barroso.
